Hey, I have tried to make this simple and stress free for you all to use, here are a few important things you should know before booking your appointment:
Please check the booking system for appointments, info and prices etc. If you have any further queries please drop me a message I'm happy to help.
If you can't find an appointment feel free to message me with the following:

I'll try my best to fit you in where I can, as I may be able to move timings around.
When booking a colour appointment please do not forget to book a blowdry/cut and blowdry as well, as this will make all bookings run more smoothly.
ALL colour appointments require a skin test at least 48 hours before the appointment. No appointment is needed for a skin test just drop me a message and pop down to (NOVA Salon Hartlepool) were I'll be able to carry this out. If the skin test isn't carried out before your colour appointment I won't be able to go ahead with the colouring service, this is for your safety as well as mine!
Parking - there are a couple of spaces out the front of the salon, however these will fill up fast, there is a car park behind Sambucas, which can be paid on the RingGo app or cash, there is also parking in the train station. Please give yourself plenty of time to park up before your appointment.
Card details will be taken upon booking and stored securely. Your card will be charged if you cancel with less than 48hours notice or in the case of a no show. ALL bookings can be changed, moved or cancelled via the booking system. If your having trouble doing this please drop me a message.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I won't be able to go ahead with it, if you think you're going to be late PLEASE drop me a message so I am aware and I may / may not be able to move your appointment time.
